Returns
- You have 7 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for all returns.
- Returns will be inspected before approval. If the product is damaged or not in its original condition, we may reject the return.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item received).
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from Packing.lk.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at info@packing.lk or visit our store.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Items on clearance or marked as “final sale.”
- Opened or used items that cannot be resold due to hygiene or safety reasons.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be canceled before shipment. If the order has already been dispatched, a return process must be followed.
